Overview:

Oxygen nitrogen hydrogen analyzer using inert gas protection pulse electrode furnace melt decomposition samples, infrared absorption of oxygen, thermal conductivity detection of nitrogen, hydrogen, three elements of oxygen, nitrogen, hydrogen can be measured in one instrument.

Whole structure

oxygen and nitrogen hydrogen analyzer uses the integrated and modular design, consisting of pulse electrode furnace, detection system, gas supply system, power supply system, circuit system, cooling water system of six independent modules of the hardware, and computer and electronic balance is composed of a complete set of analytical instruments. Instrument doesn’t only has high stability and reliability, while powerful but easy to operate, no special requirements for the use of personnel, is the analysis of oxygen, nitrogen, hydrogen elements of the ideal choice.

The PC instrument used to control the Lenovo desktop computer, the machine adopts microcomputer control 32 bit embedded ARM architecture, 24 bit high precision data acquisition system, to achieve the requirements of precision and speed control.

At the same time, the configuration of international brand - Mettler Toledo 1/10000 precision electronic balance, advanced level so as to make the instrument precision analysis with imported equipment.

Electrode furnace system

All digital closed-loop control pulse electrode furnace, which can be used for two kinds mode of control power or current control, no matter what kind of stove control mode, realize programmed control, according to the sample set constant heating, heating, heating and other slope section heating mode, the temperature control and has higher accuracy and better melt the sample decomposition. Fast analysis of high melting point materials such as aluminum alloys and other low melting point materials to tungsten alloys is achieved.

The burner is a split structure, the upper and lower electrode is convenient to disassemble, easy to maintain, and suitable for various types of electrode crucible, according to the release of different samples, can choose a variety of crucible, including standard crucible and high temperature crucible, effectively reduce the cost of users.

Electrode cooling system uses a single cycle of independent cooling system, can be directly outside the circulating water or external water cooling device, with a good cooling effect and high reliability characteristics.

Gas path system

The analysis gas path and the power gas path are independent, and the layout is reasonable and simple.

The gas path component comprises an electromagnetic valve, an air cylinder, an air pipe and an air passage joint, which are all imported components, and the service life of the electromagnetic valve is more than ten million times. The guide cylinder plus biaxial guide rod design unique to ensure the smooth lifting of the electrode, graphite crucible and the upper electrode to ensure good contact, but also ensure the graphite crucible has uniform stress, suitable for heating at high temperature for a long time. Automatic blanking furnace with air curtain protection, automatic blowing mechanism, the effective protection of the oxygen, nitrogen, hydrogen element analysis accuracy.

Circuit system

Instrument operation control circuit and data acquisition are using modular design, using 32 bit reduced instruction set (RISC) central processor architecture, namely ARM architecture (Advanced RISC Machine). Circuit system internal operation uClinux operating system, the system is running more fast and stable.

Nitrogen detection system using thermal conductivity detector of high sensitivity and good stability, and thermal conductivity detector with low drift, high precision, large measuring range, high sensitivity, and a thermal conductivity detector cell current can be adjusted continuously, so as to ensure the instrument in the whole range has extremely high sensitivity and linearity and ensures that the ultra low content to test the accuracy of the large range of nitrogen.

Hydrogen detection system
